The smartphone innovation giant, Samsung, is reportedly working on its next foldable smartphone invention in the form of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip2. It was earlier reported that these two upcoming smartphones may be announced in July. However, no corroborated facts were revealed to prove the claim.
A latest leaked report, reportedly from a Chinese tipster, claims that the Galaxy Z Fold3 will feature an Under Panel Camera (UPC), alternatively known as the under-display camera technology. This being tipped by the Chinese tipster now, the news was already making rounds among the tech enthusiasts as a report with similar claim was published by a South Korean publication back in October 2020.
Talking about the display of the Galaxy Z Fold3, it is said that the display may offer even more screen-to-body ratio as compared to that in Galaxy Z Fold2 or Galaxy Z Flip2. It is reported that the company which manufactures hinges for Samsung’s foldable smartphones, S-Connect has already begun its production for Galaxy Z Fold3’s hinges. This, to a certain extent, makes us believe that the Galaxy Z Fold3 is in making, however, the official report on the design is still a few miles away from us.
As for the specifications, most of the features are yet under the carpet, however, few miniscule details like 7.55-inch main display and 6.21-inch cover display are known so far. Additionally, it is also known through reports that the foldable smartphone will come with 256GB storage. It is also in the news that the foldable smartphone will feature a dedicated slot for a stylus.
