The story of Cruelty began:

Dr. Death was arrested from Delhi on Wednesday, July 29. In the year 1984, Devendra Sharma completed his graduation in Ayurvedic Medicine and opened a clinic in Rajasthan. Then in 1994, he invested 11 lakhs in a company for the gas agency. But the company suddenly disappeared. After the loss, he opened a fake gas agency in 1995. Sharma formed a gang that would loot trucks carrying LPG cylinders. For this, they would kill the driver and put the truck somewhere, just to sell them later. During this time, Sharma committed around 24 murders with the gang.
