The upcoming handset, Oppo Nord, of Chinese smartphone brand, Oppo, is making news in recent time as it’s specification details have started surfacing online. An earlier revelation by Android Central spilled the beans over the front camera specifications, and now it has leaked the specifications of the rear camera details.
A report in the media suggests that OnePlus Nord will sport a 48-megapixel primary sensor at the rear panel of the handset. It suggests that the rear camera setup will comprise four sensors including the 48-megapixel primary sensor. The report cites an inside source working at OnePlus, and corroborates the leaked report of the rear camera specifications of the awaited OnePlus flagship smartphone.

The OnePlus smartphone will, reportedly, sport an 8-megapixel secondary ultra-wide angle sensor, adjoining the 5-megapixel tertiary macro sensor and a 2-megapixel portrait depth sensor as the fourth camera lens in the quad camera module at the rear. The rear camera specifications are speculated to be similar to that of the Moto G 5G Plus.
The leaked report doesn’t reveal the brand of the camera lens, however, it is speculated to be nothing other than the Sony IMX586. It is also speculated to come with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) feature to enhance the picture clicking experience while being in motion.

If the earlier report of the front camera is to be believed, the OnePlus Nord will sport a dual lens camera at the front for selfies and video calling. The dual lens camera is said to consist of a 32-megapixel primary sensor while an 8-megapixel secondary sensor. The quality of camera snapping was not revealed, though.
With regards to the other details of the handset, it is speculated to sport an AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, be powered by a Snapdragon 765G 5G processor and support 30W fast charging. The handset is reported to launch on July 21, a shift from its earlier date July 10.
