If a report is to be believed, there are 25,600 liquor shops in the state which were strictly closed during Lockdown 1.0 and 2.0. The shutter down of these liquor shops has caused a hefty revenue loss to the state. However, with Unlock 1 put in gear in the country, several states are allowing standalone shops to remain open with restrictions.
