The Nokia brand licensee, HMD Global, will be launching it’s Nokia 8.3 5G soon, as the brand released a teaser hinting at launching the smartphone. The phone is the company’s first 5G enabled smartphone. The phone was first announced at an online event in March this year. The Finnish tech brand had unveiled the specifications and features of the smartphone in the event. With regards to the phone’s availability, the brand had revealed that the device will be launched in summer in the Europe.
The new teaser by Nokia official Twitter handle hinted that the phone is just a few days away. The brand boasted of the capability of Nokia 8.3 5G in game playing without distraction, stream films and content sharing at a 5G high speed. “Ready for 5G? The soon available Nokia 8.3 5G allows you to play games without distraction, stream films and share content – all in 5G,” read the tweet by Nokia about the Nokia 8.3 5G.

The video attached to the tweet showed the 3-dimensional view of the smartphone. The eye-catching part of the smartphone is the camera bump at the rear panel with quad-camera housing. The quad-camera housing comprises of a 64-megapixel primary sensor. At the front is the 24-megapixel selfie sensor enclosed in the punch-hole on the display. The camera department is powered by the Zeiss optics.
The Nokia 8.3 5G sports a 6.81-inch PureDisplay with Full-HD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC paired with a 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM. The smartphone will offer 64GB/128GB inbuilt storage capacity with expandable storage option.
The smartphone is priced 599 Euros for the 64GB inbuilt storage variant while 649 Euros for the 128GB inbuilt storage variant. The color options limit to only Polar Night color.
