“Of course, coalition government is the reason behind the indecisiveness of this government. I think there is a large scale dependence on bureaucracy. Political leadership has to take decisions. What decision political leadership can take, bureaucracy can’t take that decision,” asserted Fadnavis in the video press conference on Thursday, May 21.

Speaking over the exodus of migrant workers from the state, Fadnavis blamed a number of state government’s failure and mismanagement for it. He revealed that the state government made strategical errors while dealing with supply chain. He stated that due to improper decentralisation of supply chain, migrant workers failed to get any support from the government and left with the only choice to march towards their home town.

Fadnavis made a very serious allegation on the Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP led MVA government in the state of remaining as a spectator while thousands left the state.

“Thousands of people were walking on Maharashtra roads but nobody stopped them. No one asked them why they were leaving the state. There were no arrangements for them. What does it mean? It means that the government wanted them to go,” Fadnavis made the allegations against the Uddhav Thackeray led Maharashtra government.
