The Suzuki Motorcycles India is contemplating at launching its adventure specific BS6 V-strom 650 XT in India very soon. The official website of the two wheeler maker had, a month back, released a teaser with a tagline “Coming Soon”. The country has been awaiting to hold this adventure bike since then. The adventure tourer had first appeared in the Indian Auto Expo in February 2020.

The company hasn’t yet revealed any specifications about this “two wheeler horse” which is capable of giving an adventurous experience to its rider. Even the launch date of this BS6 compliant adventure tourer hasn’t been unfolded for the followers. However, as per a speculation, the company is eyeing at launching V-strom 650 XT after the nationwide lockdown is revoked in the country.
As per the information available, the BS6 V-strom 650 XT may come with 645cc, BS6 compliant twin cylinder, liquid cooled engine. However, the engine specifications may be upgraded from what is seen in the BS4 variant, to give an enhanced engine experience in the BS6 variant of the V-strom. The cosmetics of the adventure tourer may remain the same as that of the BS4 V-strom 650 XT.

The BS6 compliant variant may borrow the features like preload-adjustable mono shock suspension at the rear portion of the bike while 43mm adjustable telescopic forks at the front, analogue-digital instrument, adjustable windscreen, low RPM assist, 3-level traction control, etc. from the BS4 variant of V-strom 650 XT.
The color variants of the bike may also remain the same viz; Champion Yellow & Pearl White Glacier.
