The South Korean tech giant, Samsung, is reportedly, working on the successor of Samsung Galaxy S20 which may soon add up in the S-series smartphones. Samsung Galaxy S21, as the name suggest, could be the next smartphone in the S-series of the South Korean lineups. As per rumours, the Samsung Galaxy S21 will feature an under-display camera at the front.
If Samsung does this, Galaxy S21 will be company’s first smartphone with under-display front camera. Though, it wouldn’t be the first to introduce an under-display camera. As per latest news, Xiaomi has filed a smartphone patent design with under-display front camera. Not just front, but even the back panel camera will be under-display ones.
There is a possibility that Galaxy S21 may be introduced as Galaxy S30. This smartphone may be launched next year, as per a famous tipster, Ice Universe. The Galaxy S21/S30 could be the first bezel-less smartphone under the company’s S-series lineups.
The under-display camera work in the similar manner like the under-display fingerprint scanner which is trendy right now. There wouldn’t be required any camera cutout at the front display which will leave more space for the display coverage. Hence, this gives a better and bigger picture of an object.
The other details about the camera are yet to be discovered, the other specifications of the smartphone are also unknown. As the smartphone is lined up for a launch next year, we can expect some more leaks and revelation about the smartphone which will clear the air about the insights of the smartphone.
