1. Nausea with or without Vomiting –

3. Fatigue –

Due to early pregnancy, levels of hormone progesterone soar which can make you feel weak and tired. To get rid of such fatigue, sleep more and take rest as much as you can. Maintaining healthy diet and mild exercise will boost your energy.

4. Heartburn –

During pregnancy, the uterus pushes against stomach, the pregnancy hormones intervene and relax the valve between esophagus and stomach. To prevent this feeling, eat small amount of meal in every hour and avoid spicy and fried foods, citrus fruits, etc.

High level of hormone progesterone can slow down your digestive system, which can cause constipation. Iron supplements can also end up with the issue. To get relief from this constipation, drink a lot of fluid, especially, water and prune or other fruit juices, add plenty of fiber in your diet, also maintain a regular physical activities. These all can help you get relief from constipation.

6. Increased Urination –

During pregnancy, you will find yourself urinating more often than usual. This is because the amount of blood in your body increases, which cause extra fluid and that ends up in your bladder.

7. Headaches and Backache –

Many pregnant women feel headache and severe backache during pregnancy. They feel tired without doing any house chores or outdoor work.
