A new version leak of the Huawei P40 Pro has now unfolded online and it is interesting to see the phone’s new leaked render. The new leaked render shows the encompassment of a penta-lens camera module at the back panel of the handset. The upcoming handset, which may be a part of the March 26 dated launch event of the Huawei P40 series smartphones, shows the eye-catching 5 camera module at the back panel.

The image render shows the presence of the 5 camera sensors housed in a rectangular cutout at the back panel. Along with the penta camera module, there is an LED flash, color temperature sensor and a microphone. The new leak primarily unveils the camera specifications.

In it’s unveiling, the report shows the presence of primary 1/1.28″ Sony IMX700 52-megapixel Hexadeca Bayer RYYB lens. As for the secondary lens, the camera housing sports a 1/1.5″ Sony IMX650 40-megapixel ultra-wide Cine RGGB lens. The third lens comprise of telephoto lens with 3x optical zooming ability while the fourth lens comprise of a dual prism periscope zoom lens with the ability of 10x optical zoom. The fifth lens is a Time of Flight (ToF) sensor.

There seem to be no other specifications or features unraveling in this latest leak. Though the earlier leaked render had suggested the penta lens camera module, additionally, had shown the curved display at all the four sides. It also showed a pill-shaped hole punch in the display for the dual lens front camera sensor. The report showed the Huawei P40 Pro to be made available in Black, Blush Gold, Silver Frost, Deep Sea Blue and Ice White.
In the March 26 dated launch event, along with the Huawei P40 Pro, the other handsets like Huawei P40 Lite and Huawei P40 Lite E are also expected to be launched. The Huawei P40 Pro was earlier tipped to be named Huawei P40 Pro PE (Premium Edition). However, the new leak claims it to be called without the PE code.
