The subsidiary brand of BBK Electronics, Vivo, released these camera insights through the Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo. The image shows the placement of a quad lens camera module aligned vertically, at the rear panel flanking an LED flash inside the camera housing.
In the teaser released on the company’s Weibo account, the camera setup is shown to be arranged in an L-shaped pattern. This L-shaped pattern is housed at the top left corner of the back panel of the smartphone. The top most sensor is a 112-degree field-of-view lens, followed by the main primary 48-megapixel primary sensor just below the top most sensor. The primary sensor is then followed by a depth sensor for the portrait mode photography. The fourth sensor is placed just beside the third depth sensor to make it appear in an L-shaped pattern, and is a 4cm macro lens.
