Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel recently landed herself in a major problem by not returning the amount of ₹ 3 crore, which she, allegedly, took to make a film “Desi Magic”. She approached Ajay Kumar Singh and asked him to provide with funds and assured him for 10% interest and 10% of profits made by the film.

Ranchi court had issued an arrest warrant for Bollywood diva Ameesha Patel in cheating and cheque bounce case, said police. The police will go to Mumbai to execute warrant against Ameesha filed in by Ajay Kumar Singh.
“Ameesha Patel and his business partner Kunal had taken ₹2.50 crore for making a film. They had assured to return the money after the release of film in 2018. The film never released in 2018. When we approached Ameesha, she gave us the cheque of ₹ 3 crores which bounced,” said Ajay Kumar Singh in a press conference.

He further added, “Ameesha and her friend Kunal started ignoring my calls. The legal notices furnished by me was also not answered by the actress. I filed a complaint in Ranchi district court last year. Now, they have issued an arrest warrant against her.”
Ajay’s lawyer stated that the complaint has been filed under the Indian Penal Code Section 406( Criminal Breach of Trust), Section 420 (Cheating), Section 120(B) (criminal conspiracy) & Section 138 of NI Act.

Alongside the cheque bounce case, actress is also facing some cheating case which accuses her for not making presence in an event after, allegedly, taking money for the event. If the police succeed in whatit has stated in the media reports, Ameesha with his friend Kunal are now to be arrested by Ranchi police for the alleged cheating.
