The subsidiary brand, Vivo, of BBK Electronics launched it’s Vivo V17 Pro in India on Friday. The smartphone features not just one camera sensor in the selfie camera module at the front, but another sensor as well. Apart from that, the phone also embodies a quad camera module at the back with 48-megapixel camera being the primary one. The smartphone has got the price tag of INR 29,990 for it’s sole variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage capacity. The color variants include Midnight Ocean & Glacier Ice color option. The pre-order has already begun in India, however, the sale will begin from September 27.
The Vivo V17 Pro dominates the front with the 6.44-inch Ultra FullView Super AMOLED display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 91.65% screen-to-body ratio. On the optics front, the smartphone bears a quad lens camera module at the back with 48-megapixel Sony IMX582 primary sensor. The other 3 sensors encompassed in the quad lens camera module includes 13-megapixel telephoto secondary sensor with f/2.5 aperture, 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture & 120-degree field-of-view and 2-megapixel fourth sensor with Bokeh Camera effect. At the front, as mentioned earlier, lies the dual pop-up camera sensor with primary being the 32-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 8-megapixel super ultra-wide angle secondary sensor with 105-degree field-of-view and f/2.2 aperture.
