As we inch closer to the Apple launch of the year, things are slowly unfolding for us and we are getting a sneak peak of the products touted to be a part of the launch. The latest to feature online is the GeekBench listing of the iPhone XI, which is touted to launch by Apple as it’s annual launch product. The codename tagged to this iPhone model is iPhone 12,1 on GeekBench. Speculations are high that the revelation GeekBench listing makes, is about the iPhone XI.

As per the listing, the iPhone XI scores 5,415 on the Single Core parameter, while it scores 1,1294 on the Multi-core scale. To recall, the last year launched iPhone XR scored 4800 on Single Core on GeekBench. Hence, the specifications are that this year’s iPhone will be better in terms of performance.
The other details revealed by the listing is about the processor and chipset. As per the listing, the iPhone XI will use the iOS 13.1 beta version and will be paired with 4GB RAM. The motherboard of the iPhone is seen to be ‘N104AP’ in the GeekBench listing.

As per earlier leaks, Apple is planning to launch iPhone XI, iPhone XI Pro and iPhone XI Pro Max this year. The launch event is reported to be held on September 10 in the Steve Jobs Theatre in Cupertino. Notably, Apple may dump the suffix of ‘R’ in its product name. The last year’s iPhone XR is reported to be replaced by iPhone XI, rather than any iPhone XR 2 or iPhone XI R.
