The Shenzhen based Chinese smartphone brand, Realme, is launching it’s Q-series lineup on September 5. Realme officially declared it earlier this week revealing couple of more details. Ahead of it’s official launch, there are details related to it’s processor and camera which the tech company has revealed in its recent teaser. The Chinese brand in it’s latest Weibo post teased that it would pack the Snapdragon 712 SoC and sport a 48-megapixel camera in the quad camera module at the back.

Notably, the company is launching four products on September 5 in China, which means that the details teased in it’s latest teaser would be of one of these products. The Weibo post by the company got another post uncovering the possibility of encompassing Sony sensor when it comes to the primary 48-megapixel sensor, most likely to be Sony IMX586. Notably, the camera department at the rear is reported to encompass quad lens camera. The quad camera module is displayed to be vertically aligned.

Another news that is talked unofficially among the tech enthusiasts is that Realme is planning to unleash it’s own OS through the launch scheduled for September. It is to be noted that the company currently is using ColorOS based on Android version in it’s smartphone. However, this may change after September 5. So, the Realme Q series smartphones may be the first to use the company’s own proprietary OS.
