The South Korean tech giant, Samsung, is reportedly working on it’s next flagship tablet called Samsung Galaxy Tab S5. The details of the tab surfaced online after it made it’s appearance on GeekBench under the codename Samsung SM-T865. The Tablet is said to be the upgraded version of Galaxy Tab S5e which was launched earlier this year.
The GeekBench appearance shows the device will be powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 chipset. The GeekBench score shows 3506 on Single Core while 9788 points on Multi Core rating. The score on the Multi Core shows less for a Snapdragon 855 chipset as it usually scores more than 10,000 points. The RAM capacity shows as 6GB while the Tab will run on Android 9 Pie version.
The other details of the smartphone are still away from our reach as the GeekBench appearance limits the details to only the chipset and the RAM details. However, looking at the earlier version, Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e, the resembling design with the similar slim bezel may be expected in the Galaxy Tab S5. As for the audio jack, there is a very high possibility of it’s absence in Galaxy Tab S5 since the same didn’t appear in the Galaxy Tab S5e.
We need to wait more for something to come out officially to rely upon it. Samsung Galaxy Tab S5, though, is an interesting tech gadget to wait for.
