So we are sharing the recipe of making Sugarless Gulab Jamun here –

To prepare this delicious dessert, all you would require are :-

Ingredients –
For Gulab Jamun :-
1 cup instant milk powder
½ cup purpose flour
½ tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp butter

For syrup –
2 cups splenda
1 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ tbsp rose water

Steps to prepare Gulab Jamun –

Make dough by adding milk powder, flour, baking soda and butter. Add enough milk to make the dough hard. Then make small round portions out of it. Cover the balls with kitchen towel.
Heat some oil in a pan (enough to fry the balls), place the balls inside it and let it fry. The gulab jamun balls will first sink it to bottom then slowly rise up. Once fried completely take them out.

Cook them in medium temperature. It will ensure that gulab jamun are completely cooked from inside and would also give perfect brown colour to the balls.

Steps for syrup –

Add splenda, cornstarch, water and rose water (while Cardamom is optional) in a pan.
Mix it well, heat the flame at medium and let the mixture heat for 5-10 minutes.
Transfer the hot syrup into a serving dish. Add fried gulab jamun directly in the syrup and leave it, so that they soak up syrup.
And your delicious sugarless gulab jamun is ready to be served hot. Please note that the syrup must be made prior to gulab jamun balls.
