The subsidiary brand, Honor, of Chinese tech giant Huawei, is launching it’s next smartphone, Honor V20, next week on December 26 in China. The company has released a number of teaser posters which have given a more-or-less comprehension of the specifications that the Honor V20 would come with. One of the highlights of the specifications is the camera video recording at 960fps which confirms it’s capability of recording videos at a very slow motion mode.
The feature is already available in several of Huawei’s smartphones like Huawei Mate 10 Pro, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 and Huawei P20 Pro, but it will be featured in any Honor brand phone for the first time. The slow motion mode at the rate of 960fps is not the only feature the company is planning to encompass in the Honor V20 but other specs are also confirmed by the company. The battery power is confirmed to extend till as high as 4,000mAh which may woo the smartphone gamers.
As for the optics, the front camera is likely to replicate the recently launched Huawei Nova 4 with a front hole in the display for the front camera. Yes, the hole in the display will feature a 25-megapixel selfie camera while a 48-megapixel sensor at the back. The confirmation is yet to come if the back camera module is dual or triple lens based. With regards to the connectivity, the smartphone is confirmed to feature dual frequency GPS based on AI technology.
It is also released that the smartphone will feature Link Turbo feature which, reportedly, will switch between 4G and WiFi automatically. The smartphone with this launch will again bring an option between itself and the recently launched Huawei Nova 4.
