For this yummy dish, all you need to do is, roast the lamb pieces first. Add ½ cup water, maggi and cook it. Let the mixture cool once it’s done. Then shape the mixture in a donut shape. Make as many donuts you can and let it cool. Then wrap it up with fillo pastry and keep it in a refrigerator. Now, remove it after sometime and heat it in an oven at 180-200 degree celsius. Apply butter at bottom of the tray, place the hot donuts on it and your noodle keema donut is ready to serve.

2. Mutton Khichda

Known as a traditional dish of Muslim community, is made with rice, lentils, mutton and spices. Mix up rice, a cup of of toor dal, sabut masoor, chana dal and moong dal. Add 3 glass of water and, add rice and pulses, put some salt in it and cook it. Heat oil side by side in a pan, add cloves, peppercorns, cumin, cinnamon and saute. Then add the chopped onions, mutton, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, ginger and garlic paste. Stir and fry the meat, then cook it in a pressure cooker. Combine this meat with pulse mixture and cook it for another 2-3 minutes. With this, the dish is ready to be served. You can also garnish it with some coriander leaves.

Take lamb flesh in a bowl followed by some eggs, rice flakes and rosemary leaves. Add ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper. Mix the mixture well. Add some oil in a pan and make some rounds of this paste and fry it properly. Take two sliced burger and fry it too. Put the sliced bun on plate, add some tomato and onion slices and put on the fried keema patties on it. Cover the bun with second slice. Tan-tadaan! Your delicious burger is now ready to be served.

4. Kebab and Paneer Pizza

Firstly, prepare tomato sauce for the base of the pizza. Heat oil, add tomato puree, salt and pepper. Cook until oil gets separated. Keep aside this mixture. Now take a pizza base, spread this sauce and grate cheese over it. Cook some seekh kebab and cut them into small pieces and sprinkle it over the pizza base. Also add some onion and tomato rings over it. Bake the pizza in oven until the base gets browner. Once cooked, serve it hot.

5. Lamb Momo with Chilli Sauce

To make chilli sauce, take some red chilli (dried) and a tomato. Take some water in a pan, add these two and heat them until tomato peels are easily removable. Grind these chilli and tomato but don’t forget to add garlic and salt before grinding. For filling, take 500 grams of lamb, chilli powder, pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, 1 tsp of chilli sauce and salt. Bake lamb in a pan and then add other ingredients to it. Make white flour dough and make small circular flat pieces out of it. Put some mixture on it and close it in any shape you want and make some momos out of it. Then steam your momos in a steamer or deep fry it as per your choice and taste, and your Lamb Momo is ready.

6. Crusty Pork Chops

Heat some butter in a pan until it gets browner, then add pork chops to it. Season it with salt and pepper. Cook it until it turns golden brown. For the crust, mix some breadcrumbs, garlic paste and green chillies and bind it with oil. Add salt, pepper and smoothen the crust over the chopped pork. Bake it in an oven until it turns brown. Serve it with any chutney.

7. Shish Kebabs

Mince lamb, 1 cup of basil, 1 tbsp of spice powder and garlic paste. Put it in a skewer and pat it with little water to moist it. Grill it for 5-10 minutes until cooked perfectly and serve it hot with any bread and chutney.
