2. Pork

A part of red meat, is high in cholesterol and have high level of saturated fats which would definitely rise your blood cholesterol and make your heart functioning worse. On the other hand, pork also contains many vitamins and also has high nutrition content, vitamins and minerals are also in good quantity. Mainly all fishes contain high cholesterol and saturated fats, some even have omega 3 fatty acids which are essential for every body. This helps to increase the cholesterol level in a good way. 7. Squid

This sea food tends to have healthier components. 3 ounce of squid contains 198 milligrams of cholesterol. Eating it as a part of your diet will be good enough.
