Yes, the leak suggests that the Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus brand owner, BBK Electronics, is working on dumping the iPhone X like Notch design in the Oppo Find X. Additionally, the company is also rumoured to ascend the screen-to-body ratio to as high as 93.8%. This itself suggests that the upcoming flagship smartphone would have very less bezel and more screen. The extent of bezel-less experience that even the bottom chin is also reduced to a larger extent, as per the leaked image. A good news for people who love screen-to-body ratio to be more than 90%. Currently, the subsidiary brand Vivo has launched the latest Vivo Nex series smartphones with 91.24%. Going further ahead, the Oppo Find X will touch 93.8% screen-to-body ratio.

It is be noted that iPhone X was the first smartphone to feature notch design which later got replicated in almost all the smartphone today. Even a budget-friendly smartphone making company, Micromax, launched it’s Canvas 2 Plus (2018) with the notch design in the display. On the contrary to the trend, the news of Oppo bringing notch-less design in its next flagship smartphone may not make the notch design lovers too impressed. However, it will be interesting to see how the audience would react to it as Xiaomi has already brought Xiaomi Mi S Mix with notch-less design.
