1. Egg Burger

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and saute onions side by side. Add onions and mashed potatoes to the egg mixture and make omelettes of the mixture after mixing it properly. Place the omelette, along with onion, tomato or cucumber as per your choice, between the buns, toasted with butter. Serve with ketchup.

2. Paneer Burger
If non-vegetarians have ‘chicken’, then vegetarians have their ever-so-versatile “Paneer”. It is hard to imagine Indian cuisine without Paneer, so why not experiment with Paneer in this another versatile American snack i.e. burger. Make regular cutlets and add Paneer to them. Place the cutlet between the buns and put grilled Paneer over it. Don’t forget to toast the buns with butter. Serve immediately with ketchup and savour the taste.

If you have leftover ‘Aloo Sabzi’ (Potato Veggie) then instead of having it again in the usual way, make a burger out of it. Roast the buns in a mixture of butter along with Pav Bhaji masala and red chilly powder. Stuff the buns with the dry Aloo Sabzi. Serve with mint chutney to multiply the taste.
4. Veggie Burger
A great combination of cutlets along with some mayo spread, some salad and lettuce. This indulgent snack item can be made with the following steps.
Make cutlets stuffed with various vegetables of your choice like carrot, capsicum, beans, onion or tomato. Put chilly mayo spread on the insides of the bun, place lettuce, cheese slice and cutlet on one bun and cover it with another. Serve immediately with ketchup.
5. Maggi Burger
Saved the best for the last, this combination will for sure give you a finger-licking and eye-grabbing experience. Hands down!!! This is the yummiest of all the above recipes and fortunately the easiest too. You have to just make regular maggi noodles according to your taste and stuff the buns with noodles.
