A new smartphone, Coolpad Note 6, got launched by Coolpad in India on Tuesday. The smartphone is now available through almost 300 multi-brand stores in Delhi, Telangana, Karnataka, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Coolpad Note 6 will be India exclusive and is available in 2 variants. The 3GB RAM + 32GB inbuilt storage variant is priced INR 8,999 while the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is priced INR 9,999. Coolpad Note 6 sports 5.5-inch Full-HD display with screen resolution of 1080x1920px and 2.5D curved glass. The smartphone sports 6-piece lens equipped 13-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture at the back with an LED flash. At the front, the smartphone features dual-lens camera setup with primary optic sensor of 8-megapixel while 5-megapixel depth sensor as the secondary lens in the dual-lens camera setup, with an LED flash too.

It runs Android 7.1 Nougat and is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC clocked at up to 1.4GHz Cortex A-53, paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and Adreno 505 GPU. When it comes to storage capacity, the smartphone features 32GB as well as 64GB inbuilt storage capacity, both of which are expandable to up to 128GB using a MicroSD card (Dedicated slot). The battery it packs comes with 4,070mAh power and claims to offer 350 hours of standby on a single charge.
On the connectivity front, the Note 6 features 4G VoLTE enabled dual SIM support with dedicated slots for it. Other connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/A-GPS, Micro-USB port and GLONASS. The sensors onboard are front facing fingerprint sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer. The smartphone weighs 170g and measures 153.7×76.4×8.62mm.
