Apple Launches the Most Awaited iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus & iPhone X, Specs & Price here

Mumbai: Apple launched its most awaited iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus yesterday by bringing some upgrades in the last version. Notably, Apple hasn’t brought a complete makeover to its last versions by bringing these 2 new smartphones. In its launch at its headquarter, Cupertino, California in the Steve Jobs Theatre, the company CEO Tim Cook said, “Some people express their deep appreciation in different ways. But one of the ways that I believe people express their appreciation  to the rest of humanity is to make something wonderful and put it out there.” With the launch of these super Smartphones by the company, this became the first launch in its 1,000 seater auditorium.

 




 

Apple has brought a completely new version called iPhone X which packs a lot of new features which will mesmerize you and think of buying this smartphone soon. Although we don’t buy an iPhone for several reasons but we keep ourselves updated with the latest launches by Apple. The American multinational technology company, Apple has setup a benchmark which other companies find difficult to touch. The own made operating system called IOS and it has made its newly launched super Smartphones compatible with its latest IOS version IOS 11 which was first leaked by 9to5Mac. We bring you the must-know specifications and it’s highlight features of three of these new born babies of Apple.

The American technology company has packed three of the newly launched iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X in all-glass design with edge-to-edge display. The company has also dumped the home button in the smartphones. The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus comes packed in 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch Retina HD display screen with True Tone respectively. The iPhone X, however, packs a 5.8 inch OLED screen and has facial recognition software called as Face ID. The Face ID will be used to unlock the phones and also can be used while authenticating Apple pay and customizing the animoji. Three of the Smartphones come with wireless charging feature.

Apple’s new phones pack a new A11 Bionic six-core CPU inside which by its name itself promises not only a powerful performance by the phones but also is beneficial for the photography.

 

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus flaunt a single 12 Mega Pixel and a dual-lens 12 Mega Pixel rear camera respectively. iPhone 8 Plus rear dual camera setup features a f/1.8 aperture in its main camera and a f/2.8 aperture in its second telephoto camera. Whereas iPhone X packs a 12 MP dual-lens camera with a True Depth Camera sensor which Apple states is capable of recognising face even in dark. The front-facing cameras come with what is called as Portrait Mode and New Portrait Lighting feature. Apple says that with regards to Augmented Reality (AR), iPhone 8 series cameras are “Individually calibrated, with new Gyroscopes and Accelerometers for accurate motion tracking”.

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus start at £699 and £799 respectively for the 64GB internal storage. Whereas iPhone X can be bought at £999 for the 64 GB and £1149 for the 256GB model. They will go live for pre-order on October 27 and the shipping will commence from November 3. Apple’s iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will launch in India on September 29 and the price for both the smartphones are also revealed. The iPhone 8 will go on sale in India at the starting price of INR 64,000 for the 64GB variant and INR 77,000 for its 256GB variant. Whereas the iPhone 8 Plus will be sold at the starting price of INR 73,000 and INR 86,000 for its 64GB and 256GB variants respectively. iPhone X will officially launch on November 3 and will cost INR 89,000 and INR 1,02,000 for its 64GB and 256GB variants respectively.
