1. Dangal ( Approximate Earning Rs. 2000 crore)

On top of our list is ‘Dangal’ movie. It is estimated that Dangal’s gross income was approximately 2000 crore worldwide. A superhit movie based on the real story of Olympians Phogat family. Dangal movie was released on 21 December 2016 in USA and On 23 December 2016 worldwide.

2. Baahubali 2: The Conclusion ( Approximate Earning Rs. 900 crore)

‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ is a historical action fiction movie directed by S.S.Rajamouli. It is estimated that the movie has crossed the gross income of 900 crore rupees and has become the second highest grossing Bollywood movie.

 

3. PK ( Approximate Earning Rs. 850 crore )

‘PK’ is a comedy drama movie which highlights a very important issue related to our society. It is estimated that PK’s gross income was approximately 850 crore rupees worldwide. In PK, Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma were in lead roles. PK was released on 19 December 2014 worldwide.

4. Bajrangi Bhaijaan ( Approximate Earning Rs. 700 crore )

‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is a first movie of 2015 which crossed 300 crore rupees at domestic box office. It is estimated that gross income of the movie was approximately 700 crore rupees. Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor were in lead roles in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.

5. Baahubali: The Beginning ( Approximate Earning Rs. 650 crore)

This is the first part of ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’. It is estimated that the movie has crossed the gross income of approximately 650 crore rupees worldwide so far. In this movie Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah were in lead roles and showcased their best talent which worked for the movie.
