Chetan Bhagat turns 43 today, Know some Interesting Facts about him

Chetan Bhagat was born on 22 April 1974 in New Delhi.


His father was an Army officer and his mother was a government employee in the agricultural department.


Chetan studied in Army Public School at Dhaula Kuan in Delhi. Later, he received his MBA degree from IIM-Ahmedabad in 1997.


Chetan worked as an Investment banker for Goldman Sachs in Hong kong for more than 10 years.


He is married to Anusha Suryanarayanan, who was his classmate from IIM- ahmedabad.

Chetan bhagat has his column in The Times Of India and in Hindustan Times.


Chetan wrote few novels like Five Point Someone, One Night @ The Call Center, The 3 Mistakes Of My Life, 2 states, Half Girlfriend, One Indian Girl , etc. which got very famous.


Many hit Bollywood movies such as 2 States, Kai Po Che, 3 Idiots, Half Girlfriend and Hello were inspired by Chetan Bhagat’s novels.


Times magazine included his name in ‘100 Most Influential People in the World.
