Mumbai: The Tokyo headquartered smartphone manufacturer Sony, has launched its flagship smartphone Sony Xperia XZ Premium in India on Thursday. Although Sony had given the first glimpse of Xperia XZ Premium in its launch in MWC 2017 in February this year, it got officially launched in India yesterday. One of the rocking features this Smartphone flaunts is it’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 which was claimed to be first brought by its competitor Oneplus.

We start Xperia XZ Premium’s introduction with its camera features since Sony is known for its strong camera features. This Smartphone packs a 19MP motion eye camera with its 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS memory stacked sensor. Sony claims that it’s camera has the ability to shoot videos at 960 frames per second. For the selfie lovers, Xperia XZ Premium has 13MP camera with 1/3.06-inch Exmor RS sensor.
The front camera has 22mm wide angle f/2.0 aperture whereas the rear one has 25mm wide angle f/2.0 aperture. Both the cameras are capable of shooting full HD videos.
The other specifications include 5.5 inches 4K HDR Triluminos display with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels and Corning Glass 5 Protection. Xperia XZ Premium supports Android 7.1 Nougat and is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 350 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM. It enables you to store data of 64GB as it flaunts 64GB internal storage capability which is expandable to 256GB using a MicroSD card. With dual hybrid SIM support, it enables you to use 4G VoLTE service as well.
The other specifications include dual band WiFi, Fingerprint scanner, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB type-C port with quick charge 3.0.
