Mumbai: The whole world is protesting after Donald Trump ordered an executive order to ban 7 Muslim-Majority countries from applying for Visa last Friday. The US citizens are among the protesters to mark their disagreement with Trump’s Executive Order. Protesters in huge numbers are gathering at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to let the Trump government know that they oppose this Executive Order.
Not even 8 days have passed and the news of Kuwait banning 5 Muslim-Majority countries from applying for Visa is catching-up fire across the world. These 5 Muslim-Majority countries are Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan. The news has surprised the whole world on how some Muslim-Majority countries are getting banned from applying Visa for their countries. To let you know something more, Kuwait city had previously suspended Visas for all Syrians in 2011.
Pakistan, who has been kept away from Visa Ban by Trump’s government has not been spared by the Kuwait Government. Kuwaiti Government has made it clear that would-be migrants from these five banned Muslim-Majority countries to not apply for Visas. The reason reported by Sputnik International is the worry about possible migration of radical Islamic Terrorists into their country.
As far as Donald Trump’s Executive Order is concerned, the order bans 7 Muslim-Majority Countries viz. Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, and Yemen from applying for Visa. As per Trump’s Executive Order, refugees from across the world will be denied US entry for 120 days and would-be immigrants from these banned 7 Muslim-Majority Countries will be suspended for 90 days.
