As far as the price is concerned, the Mi Mix 3 with 6GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage is priced CNY 3,299 (Approx. INR 34,800) while the one with 8GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage is priced CNY 3,599 (Approx. INR 37,900). The other variants include the one with 8GB RAM + 256GB inbuilt storage which is priced CNY 3,999 (Approx. INR 42,100) and the special edition with special design and accessories called 'Palace Museum' special edition with 10GB RAM + 256GB inbuilt storage capacity is priced CNY 4,999 (Approx. INR 52,700).

After a multiple rumours and leaks, the Xiaomi powered Mi Mix 3 is unveiled in an event at Beijing, on Thursday. The highlight features of this smartphone lie in the 4-camera setup with AI technology, Sliding front camera and Snapdragon 845 chipset. The Mi Mix 3 sports a 6.4-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with screen resolution of 1080x2340px, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and pixel density of 403ppi. On the optics front, the smartphone sports a dual lens camera setup at the back with a dual LED flash. The dual lens setup comprises primary 12-megapixel wide angle sensor (Sony IMX363) with f/1.8 aperture, dual pixel phase detection autofocus and 1.4-micron pixel. The secondary lens features 12-megapixel telephoto sensor (Samsung S5K3M3+) with f/2.4 aperture and 1-micron pixel size.

The camera supports Artificial Intelligence technology when it comes to scene detection, Bokeh, studio, etc. The selfie shooter features dual lens setup with 24-megapixel primary sensor (Sony IMX576) while a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, backed by a selfie soft light. The front camera setup is based on Vivo Nex series smartphone’s motorised camera pop up. The only difference is the sliding camera pop up rather than a motorized mechanism. Which means, whenever you need to click a selfie, the front camera will slide up from the top bezel of the smartphone. The smartphone runs MIUI 10 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 clocked at up to 2.8GHz, coupled with 6GB/8GB/10GB RAM and Adreno 630 GPU. The inbuilt memory includes variants like 128GB and 256GB. The smartphone packs a 3,850mAh battery with Wireless charging compatibility.

On the connectivity front, the smartphone features a dual 4G VoLTE SIM support, dual band WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Hotspot, Bluetooth v5.0 LE, GPS & dual band A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Type C 1.0, No FM Radio and no 3.5mm Audio Jack. The sensors on-board include fingerprint scanner at the back, proximity, accelerometer, gyroscope, and digital compass. The smartphone weighs 218g while measures 157.9×74.7×8.5mm.
